Electric Chair

Electric Chairs are one form in which a guilty prisoner on death row may legally be executed for their crime. Currently, in Prison Architect, this is the only method of death row execution.

The Electric Chair, as the name suggests, administers a lethal electric shock which executes the prisoner seated on the chair. It requires a direct electrical connection and will draw a lot of power from your facility's power station or Green Energy sources.

Trivia[]

The Electric Chair was non-functional pre-Alpha 31 but was still viewable in the objects section of the toolbar.
Edward Romsey, a campaign character, was executed via the same chair.
